small room weak shower pressure
the location was acceptable for accessing nearby attractions.
The room allocated was quite small and felt cramped. the shower pressure was also very weak. It barely emitted a trickle. finally, i found the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

beautiful design great comfort modern equipment
the canal house was beautifully appointed! the bed provided great comfort. i found the bathroom design very pleasing with high-quality fixtures. the gym included modern equipment, a welcome addition to my stay.
the room service menu lacked some local specialties.

wonderful stay!
amazing staff comfortable bed excellent location
the staff were amazing. they were also kind, professional, and helpful. i found the bed to be the most comfortable bed ever. the breakfast choice was great. the hotel location was excellent and quiet.
